Zahedan an Iranian metropolis and the provincial capital of Sistan-Baluchestan locating through the Northern part of Baluchestan region. The former name of this specific city was “Dozdab” which has had an alteration to the current name “Zahedan” through Pahlavi dynasty.
Zahedan is surrounded by Zabol in the north, Khash in the south, Fahraj in the west and the Pakistan and Afghanistan as the eastern neighbors of it. Zahedan has dry and hot climate throughout the whole year with no probable chance of snow falls. It also has very hot summer days with semi-cool nights.
The majority of Zahedan residents are talking by Baluchi and Persian language through Sistani accent..
