What does the famous poem cited by Pedro Sánchez refer to?

During the Spanish prime minister, Pedro Sánchez, appearance, before the media to announce the extension of the confinement or quarantine against the new coronavistus until April 26, 2020, in the middle of the speech he addressed the Spanish youth to make them understand that today's effort will be tomorrow's benefit, quoting the famous poem by the Iranian poet called Saadi "all human beings are part of the same body".

Saadi's quoted poem is a famous poem known for human rights and also for being reflected on a magnificent carpet, the largest the United Nations has, which adorns the wall of the United Nations in New York, a gift from the people from Iran. Next to him are the wonderful words of that great Persian poet, Sa’adi:

"Human beings are members of a whole,

since in their creation they are of one essence.

When the conditions of the time brings a member (limb) to pain,

the other members (limbs) will suffer from discomfort.

You, who are indifferent to the misery of others,

it is not fitting that they should call you a human being."

The poem appears in Gulistan (one of Saadi's books) at the end of story 10 of the first chapter, which is titled "On the conduct of kings". In this story, Saadi claims to have been praying at the tomb of John the Baptist in the Great Mosque of Damascus, when he gave advice to an unidentified Arab king who asked Saadi to add his prayers to his, as he was afraid of a powerful enemy. Saadi's advice to the king was that if he wanted to live a life without fear of retaliation, he should rule his people fairly. He reinforces his advice with two short poems, the second of which is Bani Adam. Saadi's Tomb is located in Shiraz and is one of the Shiraz tourist attractions.
